1. Admission Confirmation
- Admission is confirmed only after full/partial fee payment as per the academy's policy.
- Submission of the admission form does not guarantee a seat unless payment is completed.
2. Fees & Payment Policy
- All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated at the time of enrollment.
- Fee installments (if applicable) must be paid on or before the due dates.
- Delay in payment may result in:
- Suspension of classes
- Cancellation of admission
3. Course Structure & Delivery
- The academy reserves the right to:
- Modify course content
- Update syllabus
- Change trainers, schedules, or mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid)
- Such changes will be made only to improve learning outcomes.
4. Attendance & Participation
- Students must maintain minimum required attendance and proper discipline in class.
- Repeated absence or lack of participation may lead to:
- Disqualification from certification
- Removal from the program without refund, once confirmed with the student's parent
5. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students
- Avoid abusive language, harassment, or misconduct
The academy reserves the right to terminate admission in case of misconduct.
6. Learning Responsibility
- The academy provides training, guidance, and mentorship.
- Students are responsible for:
- Practice
- Assignments
- Skill development
7. Placement / Internship Disclaimer (If Applicable)
- Placement or internship assistance is support-based and is not guaranteed.
- The academy does not guarantee:
- Salary packages
- Immediate employment
- Final hiring decisions depend on employers and student performance; the academy only guides and refers students for placement.
- The academy will provide only one placement opportunity. If the student is unable to attend, no alternate placement will be arranged, and the academy will inform the student's parents and provide a letter confirming this.
8. Certification Policy
- Certificates will be issued only after:
- Completion of the course
- Submission of required assignments
- Clearing assessments (if applicable)
- No certificates will be issued for incomplete courses.
9. Intellectual Property
- All course materials (videos, notes, recordings, presentations) are the property of the academy.
- Students are strictly prohibited from:
- Recording sessions
- Sharing content
- Reselling materials
- Legal action may be taken for misuse.
10. Recording & Use of Media
- Online and offline sessions may be recorded for:
- Quality
- Training
- Promotional purposes
- By enrolling, students give consent for:
- Use of recordings
- Testimonials (without misrepresentation)
- If a student fails to provide such consent, it may affect their performance evaluation and, in turn, their placement eligibility.
11. Technical Requirements (For Online Courses)
- Students must ensure:
- Stable internet connection
- Working device (mobile/laptop)
- The academy is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Internet failure
- Device problems
12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed classes
- Change of mind
- Personal reasons
- Exceptional cases are handled solely at management's discretion.
13. Limitation of Liability
- The academy is not responsible for:
- Personal losses
- Career decisions made by students
- External job market conditions
14. Privacy & Data Protection
- Student data will be used only for:
- Academic communication
- Certification
- Placement support (if applicable)
- Data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
- After course completion, students must not make negative remarks about the academy; doing so may make the student liable to pay the academy for any resulting loss.
15. Right to Admission Cancellation
The academy reserves the right to cancel admission if:
- False information is provided
- Fees are not paid
- Rules are violated
No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
16. Course Schedule Information
Advanced Medical Coding
If you enroll in the Advanced Medical Coding course, the academy will provide only 60 days of training. After the course is completed, you will not have further access to academy trainers.
Certified Professional Coding (CPC) Training
The CPC course provides 90 days of course duration plus 10 days of extra practice time. If a student does not attend practice regularly during this period, the academy reserves the right to terminate the student's practice access.
Once a student applies for the CPC exam (inside or outside the academy) and requests exam-clearing training after showing their hall ticket, additional fees will apply based on the number of extra training days required. Training will be provided only after payment of these fees.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By signing/submitting the admission form, the student:
- Confirms that all information provided is true
- Agrees to abide by all academy rules and policies
- Accepts these Terms & Conditions without objection
Declaration
I have gone through the Academy's Norms & Principles and I agree and accept it. I hereby declare that all the above furnished details are true to my knowledge.
18. Course Pause / Defer Policy
- Course pause or defer requests are allowed only in exceptional cases such as:
- Medical emergencies
- Academic obligations
- Genuine personal reasons (proof may be required)
- Deferment approval is at the academy's sole discretion.
- Maximum pause/defer duration: [e.g., 1-3 months]
- Deferred students:
- Must rejoin in the next available batch
- Are not eligible for refunds
- Course fees already paid will be adjusted, not refunded.
